Munich – On Tuesday evening (September 3rd) a motorcycle accident occurred at the intersection of Hans-Fischer-Straße and Theresienhöhe, followed by another accident nearby due to traffic obstructions. According to the fire department, the motorcyclist suffered serious injuries to several limbs, while the BMW driver was uninjured. The accident caused significant traffic disruptions and a resulting traffic jam, which was further exacerbated by slow-moving vehicles. Many road users braked hard to observe the accident. Before all the emergency services arrived, another accident occurred in the slow-moving traffic, again between a motorcycle and a car.

It was impossible to miss: A helicopter circled over the Westend on Tuesday evening (September 3). The police explain why.

This time there was a side collision. The 40-year-old motorcyclist suffered moderate injuries. His badly damaged helmet prevented the discovery of more serious head injuries. In this case too, the car driver was uninjured. The emergency services were on site with two ambulances, an emergency doctor's car and the operations management. A rescue fire engine from the professional fire brigade provided support in caring for the patients and securing the accident site. Both motorcyclists were taken to the emergency rooms of the Munich hospitals, but their lives were not in danger.
