“Reacher” spin-off series in the works at Prime Video

The third season of the Prime Video thriller series hit “Reacher” will premiere in 2025. Now there is more news about the popular series universe.

US industry magazine Deadline has just exclusively reported that a series spin-off of the successful action thriller Original is in development at Prime Video and is about to be ordered.

Actress Maria Sten plays the security expert and former military colleague of main series hero Jack Reacher. After two seasons alongside Alan Ritchson in the Prime Video hit, she will probably now get a solo series mission!

We know this thanks to the aforementioned exclusive report from Deadline.com:

• Maria Sten would of course play the person in charge in the series spin-off
• Alan Ritchson is said to be a guest star with one or two guest appearances
• Nick Santora, developer of the main series “Reacher” based on the novels by Lee Child, is set to develop, produce and serve as showrunner for Neagly along with Nicholas Wootton (“Prison Break”).
• “Reacher” bestselling author Lee Child is said to be on board as a producer
• Neagley will still be in “Reacher” – Season 3
• Launch date: There is not even any speculation about this yet, but it probably won't happen before 2026.

Now we just have to wait for official confirmation and further information from Prime Video. However, industry magazine Deadline.com usually has very good sources for such reports, which is why it is very likely that fans can look forward to a “Reacher” spin-off.
