KK Wilde celebrates a triumphant return with “Hellraisers & Vampires”

The name KK Wilde is familiar to anyone who rocked LA's famous Sunset Strip's hair metal scene in the 80s and 90s. Now they're making a triumphant return with their first official music video in 25 years for their new single “Hellraisers & Vampires.”

KK Wilde's early albums have become highly sought-after collector's items. Both “Rock n Roll” and “Cocaine Cowboy” sold out when they were released on FNA Records. Now you'd be lucky if you snag a copy on eBay for under $2,000. It's a testament to KK Wilde's songwriting, hooks and of course his looks, and fans will be happy to know they're back to give it their all once again.

KK Wilde returned to the studio in 2023 with renewed energy and inspiration, where they recorded 12 brand new tracks, all combining the tried and tested 80s rock style with a more modern sensibility. The latest release, “Hellraisers & Vampires” is an anthem that takes listeners on a journey through the wild lives of hard rockers. Written by Chris Lieck, the song tells the story of a night of mischief, chaos and camaraderie of band life, wrapped up in KK Wilde's signature sound.

Even 25 years after their last official music video, the clip for “Hellraisers & Vampires” does not disappoint. We see them driving down the Strip in a 1973 Trans Am, soaking up the nightlife, capturing the spirit of the band's best. It's a visual journey that not only serves as a trip down memory lane, but also a celebration of KK Wilde's enduring legacy and ability to attract fans old and new.
