Woman suffers ‘serious head injury’ in Milton Keynes

At around 12pm on Friday 6 September, a person was riding an e-scooter through the Witan Gate junction on Avebury Boulevard in Milton Keynes.

They then collided with the woman who was crossing the street at the time.

The driver did not stay at the scene of the accident because the woman was left injured on the road.

The pedestrian suffered a serious head injury and was taken to hospital, where she remains.

Investigating officer PC Lewis Carpenter of the Joint Operations Unit said: “We ask that anyone who recognises the person in these images please contact us as they may have important information relating to this incident.”

“We are particularly appealing to anyone in the area who has recordings of doorbells, dashboard cameras, CCTV or mobile phones that may be of use to our investigation to please come forward.
