Lord of the Rings star Ian McKellen says the Queen was “damn rude”

The late Queen Elizabeth II was famous for never expressing her opinion in public on any subject except her favourite hobby, horse racing. Despite this, one of Britain's most famous veteran actors once said he found her “bloody rude” when she spoke to him and dismissive of his chosen profession.
