Four people arrested in investigation into Jackson shooting

JACKSONVILLE, NC (WITN) – Police say four people are in custody following a shooting in Jacksonville Friday.

According to Jacksonville police, they arrived in the area of ​​Liberty Drive and Corbin Street around 3:11 p.m. and rendered aid to two people who had been shot.

They say the identities of the victims, whose names are not currently being released, have been taken to a nearby hospital and are in stable condition.

According to authorities, Niyssim Rogers, Diates Arnold and Jimmy Carol Rochelle Jr. were identified as shooting suspects during the investigation.

A fourth person was arrested, but this is a child and his name is not being released.
