Man allegedly exposed himself to two teenagers in the Groesbeck Public Library, court documents say

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A man is accused of exposing himself to two juveniles at the Groesbeck Public Library, according to a Hamilton County Municipal Court affidavit.

According to court documents, 26-year-old Cannabis Sativa Smith is facing one count of public nuisance.

The affidavit states that Smith exposed his genitals to two minors while masturbating in the children's section of the library.

The affidavit states that Smith left the library before the victim's mother or staff could confront him.

Library staff know Smith from another incident.

According to court documents, Smith is expected to appear in court for arraignment at 9 a.m. Monday.
