Czech head coach Ivan Hasek commented on the topic of the Ukrainian national team, his team's opponent in today's match of the 2nd round of the Nations League.

“It will be a different game than against Georgia (Georgia – Czech Republic – 4:1 – Editor’s note). Albania played very well against Ukraine, just like Georgia played against us. We watched the game between Ukrainians and Albanians and analyzed it thoroughly.

Albania and Georgia play in a similar style, they rely on counterattacks, but the Ukrainian national team positions itself differently. And so do we. So in the match between the Czech Republic and Ukraine, two different playing styles will clash and I believe that our style will be more successful. In the meantime, the most important thing is that all our players are emotionally charged and show the desire to win,” Hašek said at the pre-match press conference.
