Anil Arora, the father of Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora, died on Wednesday. Police suspect that he committed suicide by jumping from the terrace of his house in Mumbai. Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Ananya Panday and Chunkey Panday were seen arriving at Malaika's father's house to pay their last respects. Kareena and Saif arrive at Malaika's father's house

Kareena was seen arriving in her car and rushing towards the entrance. The entire area was guarded by police officers as the investigation is still ongoing. Kareena was seen wearing a white top, a printed shirt and blue jeans. Kareena's husband, actor Saif Ali Khan, also came to Malaika's house.

Ananya Panday also came to pay her last respects along with her father Chunky Panday. The two got out of their car and rushed into the building.

Malaika and Amrita were spotted earlier on their way in. Other celebrities who arrived there included Malaika's ex-husband Arbaaz Khan, her ex-boyfriend Arjun Kapoor, Salim Khan, Salman Khan's mother, Salma Khan, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, Sohail Khan and Nirvaan Khan.

Earlier, a source told PTI, “It is true that Malaika's father died this morning. He did not commit suicide, it was an accident. They are all shocked because he had no illness or anything.”

Malaika was only 11 years old when her parents – her mother Joyce Polycarp and her late father Anil Arora – separated. At that time, Malaika's younger sister, actress Amrita Arora, was six years old. The sisters moved from Thane to Chembur with their mother Joyce.
