Katy Perry reacts to photo of Orlando Bloom and Kim Kardashian

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom recently showed each other their affection on the red carpet at a charity event in New York, but it was a photo of the couple with another celebrity that caused a stir on the Internet.

Perry and Bloom, who have been engaged since 2019, were photographed alongside Kim Kardashian at the Kering Foundation's Caring for Women dinner. The annual event raises money and awareness for organizations that support victims of gender-based violence.

In one of the trio's photos, Bloom looks down and slightly to the left, with Kardashian appearing to be directly in his line of sight.

TMZ published the photo on September 10, claiming that Bloom was “eyeing” Kardashian. Later that day, Perry was asked about her reaction to the photo on the nationally syndicated radio show “Elvis Duran and the Morning Show.”

“Can I show the latest clickbait that just came across my TMZ? Did you see it?” host Elvis Duran asked the “Woman's World” singer.

Perry said she had not seen the photo.

“You take a picture with Kim Kardashian and Orlando is staring at her butt,” he said, laughing. “I mean, how could you not?”

Perry responded with just two words: “I agree.”

Duran read part of the TMZ article before Perry interjected, “So what's the point?”

“There's no argument,” Duran said, to which the singer replied, “Oh, great. Count the clicks, honey.”

Perry appeared on the radio show ahead of her performance at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, where she will accept the Video Vanguard Award, an annual honor given to artists for outstanding achievements in pop music.

On September 20th she will release her seventh studio album “143” with the summer single “Woman's World”.
