Millions of people in the United States are eligible for benefits. Here's how to apply

Are you eligible for Oracle’s huge payout?

Simply put, many people could be eligible for Oracle's legal settlement. According to the lawsuit, you are eligible if you lived in the United States after August 19, 2019, and your data was “collected, collected, or otherwise collected by Oracle Advertising technologies or made available for use or sale by or through ID Graph, Data Marketplace, or any other Oracle Advertising product or service.”

Because Oracle is nearly ubiquitous in the technology world, if you're a U.S. citizen with an online presence who has made any electronic or in-store purchases at any time after August 2018, there's a good chance this applies to you, too.

Unfortunately, although some plaintiffs have been notified via email from the settlement administrator in Katz-Lacabe v. Oracle and have received a verification code, many affected users do not know whether their data has been compromised.

So if you believe your data may have entered Oracle's database systems after August 19, 2018, we encourage you to still fill out a form to find out if you're eligible for a payout. Even if you're not sure if your data may be involved in the litigation, you have nothing to lose by filing a quick claim.
