“This podcast has meant so much to Shannen because it's allowed her to tell her story and the truth. And over the years, so many stories and untruths have come out and things have been mixed up that she finally said, 'I want to do this, and I have so many people who have followed me and supported me over the years, and I just want to give them the opportunity to know what my life is really like.'

“And that was one of the reasons for this podcast,” she said. “And it meant so much to me because I got to watch her do it when it was so special and necessary for her. It helped her so much with everything she was going through.”
